RETURNS Not Delighted with Your Purchase?
We value you as a customer. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, please return it in the original packaging, in its original condition within 30 days. For returns and exchanges, please contact us first.
Returns Policy: Please note that we cannot accept returned merchandise after the thirty (30) day exchange/refund period. We cannot accept items that are not received in original condition, have been worn or used, are missing the label/tags, or improperly packaged. Custom cut yardage is considered a final sale and is therefore non-returnable. We have three Return warehouses: US, France, and Germany, please select the nearest warehouse to return orders, after you ship the order to our warehouse, please send us shipping tracking number A.S.A.P in case you lose or damage the return shipping proof.
Refund: after our warehouse receive the return, with your return shipping tracking number, we will issue the refund in 24-48 hours(please notice: failed to offer the return tracking number might cause refund time takes from 6 days – 15 days)
