Shipping & Delivery

We have two warehouses in the USA, basically, we only deliver orders in the USA and UK, DE and FR. Here are shipping time and shipping method details

Shipping Method:

1. Free shipping method: we offer a free shipping method to the customers in the USA, free shipping method takes 3-6 working days, our processing time is 1-2 working days.

2. Expedited shipping method: normally, the expedited shipping method takes 2-4 working, we charge 19.99 for the first item and 12.99 for an additional item.

Other issues:

1. Expedited shipping method can not deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2. Delivery Time does not include a 1-3 day processing time from the day you placed the order.
3. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4. Should your package not arrive within 21 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
